Save the file to somewhere you can easily find it again, such as your desktop.
If you left-click on the file and are given the choice to either 'open or 'save' file, choose 'save' and save it to your desktop.
Once the file has downloaded you may need to unzip it. Double clicking the file should start WINZIP running.
This is software installed on most modern PC's that will unzip the file for you. If your PC does not have WINZIP installed you can download it for free from [ www.winzip.com](http://www.winzip.com/)
Once unzipped you'll need to read it. It's a pdf file so you'll need a pdf reader such as Adobe Reader version 5 or above.
If you can't view the file it's because you don't have an up to date version of Adobe Reader installed. You can get one here for free. www.adobe.com
