they are more noticable than ads found in the sidebar. And from my
tests over a 3 month period, hover ads are 6 times more likely to be
clicked on than any other kind of ad.
If you think about it, many regular style ads found in the sidebar
or at the top or bottom of pages are largely invisible if you've used
the internet for more than 6 months.
You just learn to filter them out without thinking.
However, in-line ads are difficult to filter out as they appear

Let's run through what it can do.
Built into your copy of AdSpurt is the ability to get feeds from
ClickBank* (CB) and PayDotCom* (PDC) any time you like.
A couple of clicks, a few moments, and your database is updated.
You can then search the database looking for products to suit your
content.
(You can also create affiliate ads for other products that use third
party / custom affiliate schemes - you don't have to use CB or PDC.)
ADVANCED SEARCH HELP: AdSpurt supports advanced boolean type
searches for a more detailed search. Keywords should ideally be
greater than 3 characters for the best search.
EXAMPLES:
APPLE BANANA - Find products that contain at least one of the two
words.
+APPLE +JUICE - Find products that contain both words.
+APPLE MACINTOSH - Find products that contain the word `apple`, but
rank ads higher if they also contain `macintosh`.
+APPLE -MACINTOSH - Find products that contain the word `apple` but
not `macintosh`.
+APPLE ~MACINTOSH - Find products that contain the word `apple`, but
if the ad also contains the word `macintosh`, rates it lower than if
the ad does not. This is `softer` than a search for '+apple
-macintosh', for which the presence of `macintosh` causes the ad not
to be returned at all.
