FEATURE #1

Today's To Do

Today's To Do section of the page, makes it possible for you to
write down a couple of most important things you need to remember to
accomplish today.

FEATURE #2

Your Major and Secondary Goals

Major/Secondary/Other Goals for 2009:
Write down the year's goals each day; it will help you to stay
focused! Have more than one, and not necessarily running-related goal.
Remember to reevaluate and/or readjust the goals as you go.

FEATURE #3

Year-Long Calendar

Today's Date & Day: monitor how many days in the year are behind
and how many ahead of you.

FEATURE #4

Motivational so you don't make the same mistake twice. For
example, the Running log could prove to be a very useful monitoring
tool for determining either "successful," or "not-so-successful" pre-,
and/or post- race meal.

BONUS PAGE #1

Calendar of Races

Calendar of Races is just what it says. Keep track or plan your
races here. Dot down the web address of the race for future
references. Also write down the date, distance, time ran, place taken,
and miscellaneous notes.

BONUS PAGE #2

Year in a Glance

You can do many different things with the "Year in a Glance" page.
For example, you could block-out your base training in one color,
strength in another, and speed in yet another. Or, you could just
write down the milage in pencil while planning your preparation for
your next race and see if you have enough days to get ready.

BONUS PAGE #3

My Today's Running Route Page

Do you find yourself often in need of making sure your dear ones
know where you are running today? This part of runalog was designed
just for this specific purpose. Say, at the last moment you decided to
change today's route and did not have enough time to notify your
relatives about it. All you need to do, is print this sheet, fill out
the time and location of your run, and if you wish include a schematic
drawing of your course with street names or other landmarks. I am sure
such a detailed note about your long run will go a long way to satisfy
your family, plus, you can peacefully concentrate on your running.

BONUS PAGE #4

This page is for you to record your weekly, monthly and yearly
mileage. There is also a little space for you to write other
information.

BONUS PAGE #5

Running Quotes

For your convenience, I decided to devote a separate page to list
running quotes. These quotes are inserted throughout the pages of the
runalog but having them here, on that page, by themselves, makes them
more accessible to you. This list will definitely be growing with the
new upcoming editions of the Runalog.
