  MAKE MONEY
          SELLING "PUT SPREADS"

It's safer than you might think!

“In A Nutshell” here's how you make money Selling Put Spreads with very little risk. Pick a stock (I’ll show you how I do that). Then DON'T buy it. Instead, someone will
actually pay you for your promise to buy that stock later for LESS money.
Sounds weird, doesn't it? Nevertheless, it's true!
Furthermore, you NEVER have to actually buy stock.

Here's an example scenario. Let's say someone owns stock currently selling for $30 a share. He desires to protect himself against the stock price dropping too much. For example, if the stock were to drop to $20 he would lose $10 a share. So he buys a Put from you paying you $1.00 for your promise to buy his stock at $27.50 within the next 30 days. This way if the stock drops to $20 he only loses $3.50 ($2.50 difference between $30 and $27.50 plus $1 he paid you) instead of $10. If the stock stays above $27.50 for 30 days your Put expires and you keep the $1 profit. Each Put usually represents 100 shares of stock so the $1 is actually $100.

If the stock drops to $20, and you have to buy it for $27.50 as promised, you stand to lose $6.50 (after deducting the $1 he paid you). To protect yourself you buy a Put at $25 and pay someone else .50 to buy this stock from you at $25. This way you would only lose $2.00 (after deducting the $1 you were paid for the Put you sold and the .50 you paid for the Put you bought). The Puts you bought will go up as the Puts you sold go down. All the Puts expire if the stock does not drop to or below $27.50 and you will have made a net profit of .50 or actually $50 with NO INVESTMENT.   THIS IS CALLED A PUT SPREAD. You have no out-of-pocket costs.

Here's the “kicker”, you never actually have to buy or sell stock.

You can just close the PUT SPREAD transactions by buying back the Put you sold, and selling the Put you bought anytime prior to the 30 days. This ends all your obligations. You still gain or lose about the same amount of money as if you were trading stocks, but you never have to pay large sums for stock.

Barry Shore

I'll be 70 years old in October, 2008 and have been selling Put Spreads for over 15 years. Many professionals trade Put Spreads, but very few talk about it. It seems they want to keep a "good thing" for themselves. I  don't agree that this excellent trading method should be kept secret. I wrote Selling Put Spreads to expose my successful Put Spreads trading methods to give you the opportunity to profit just like professionals. After reading my E-Book "Selling Put Spreads" you will be well equipped to trade Put Spreads. Also, I will make myself available to you, at no charge, to answer questions and discuss strategies.
