     I think that might be one of the reasons people in Asia don't seem to have the later in life health issues that we do in America.

     Have you ever seen the news reports with the 90 year old men and women from China doing Thai Chi exercises with their kids and grandkids in the morning, standing in a park with the summer breezes gently blowing... then eating a healthy meal and walking everywhere they go... with no stress beating them down?

     Looking back I wonder why my folks didn't take the time to exercise with me... about the only exercise we did together as a family was when I ran the vacuum cleaner and my Mother dusted! ARGH!

     But, I'm getting off of the subject I know...

Usually, if you are anything like I was, it was either
all in or all out... healthy all the way, or "forget it, I'm
