SAMPLE MENU:
Each week you will receive seven customized dinner suggestions like
the ones below with photos and captions. This sample menu includes
vegetarian, beef, pork, poultry and fish/seafood selections. Your
weekly menu will be customized to include only the preferences you
select. Your menu will show check boxes next to each suggestion so
that you can select only the meals you wish to prepare. There will
also be a drop-down list next to each suggestion so that you can even
swap one or more suggestions with a previous weeks favorite or with
one of your own recipes. The shopping list will automatically adjust
to include the ingredients necessary for your selections.
CHINESE BEEF AND GREEN BEAN STIR FRY
This is better than at the Chinese buffet! The garlic, ginger and
hot red pepper give this dish wonderful flavor with just a little
kick. KID TIP: omit or reduce the red pepper if your kids wont like
the "heat".

EGG SALAD SANDWICH WITH TOMATO SOUPTangy egg salad sandwiches with
creamy fresh tomato soup. Start preparing the soup while the eggs are
boiling; then make the sandwiches while the soup is simmering. To
achieve the soup's creamy texture, we use our handheld blender to
pure.
FETTUCCINE ALFREDO WITH SPINACH AND TOMATO SALAD
30 MINUTES OR LESS. This is a great dinner for hosting friends...its
classic and quick. Make the salad dressing and measure everything
else, but dont start cooking until your guests arrive because the
fettuccine is best served hot.

Here is a quick version of homemade chicken noodle soup. All fresh

GREEK Pita with Creamy Pea Soup
The pita is filled with delicious cucumbers, artichokes, bell
peppers and tomatoes seasoned with lemon and dill. You can also serve
the filling as a salad with flat bread on the side. The pured warm pea
soup has subtle flavors of thyme and tarragon.

SPICY PORK KEBABS WITH CORN TOMATO SALAD AND RICE
Use poblano chilies for spicy Mexican flare, or substitute with
green bell peppers for mild flavor. The corn tomato salad is a
delicious compliment with the meal!

CHICKEN, MUSHROOM AND ARTICHOKE BRAISE
The chicken is tender and the sauce has a wonderful flavor. Try
using fresh artichokes if youre really curious to do so, otherwise
simply use canned artichoke hearts instead and you wont be
disappointed.

CHINESE BEEF AND GREEN BEANS
SERVING SIZE 4
lb. green beans
1
lb. beef flank steak, cut in thin strips

Tbsp soy sauce
1
Tbsp rice wine
tsp sesame oil
tsp sugar
4
Tbsp vegetable oil
2
clove(s) garlic
1
Tbsp ginger paste or fresh ginger
tsp red pepper flakes
2
green onion(s), chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
PREPARATION AND SAUCE
1. Trim the green beans and cut the beef into thin strips. In a
small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil and sugar; set
aside.
GREEN BEANS
2. Heat half the vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium
heat. Stir-fry green beans until browned and crisp-tender, about 7
minutes. Remove beans from skillet and set aside.
BEEF
3. Heat the remaining vegetable oil in same skillet. Add garlic,
ginger and red pepper flakes; saut only about 30 seconds, then add
beef. Stir-fry until beef is cooked through, about 7 minutes.
EVERYTHING TOGETHER
4. Pour soy sauce and wine mixture over beef and stir. Return green
beans to skillet. Add green onions. Stir just until well blended.
Serve over rice.

On the next business day, you will receive a welcome e-mail

and customize your serving-size preference (2, 4, 6 or 8 servings) and
your cuisine preference (poultry, beef, pork, fish/seafood, or
