The Con in
Construction

Ground Zero for the National Construction Crisis

Dedicated to improving new home construction
and protecting Americas families

THE BOOK

My name is Tom Olson and I am the author of "The Con in
Construction. Building or Buying A Brand New Home? Be Afraid, Be Very
Afraid." Your obvious question is: Why should I be afraid?

Continue reading below the book cover and you will begin to
understand.

The reason you should be afraid when you are buying a brand new
home is that you are ignorant. Don't be offended, everyone is
ignorant, just on different subjects. The threat to you as a home
buyer is that your lack of knowledge in purchasing a new home sets you
up for becoming a mark in the con. It is very difficult to be conned
when you know what the cons are.

The Con in Construction tells you what the cons are, who the players
in the con are, and what you can do to protect yourself and your
family. This book is written for the typical new home buyer who knows
virtually nothing about construction methods, contracts, warranties,
predatory mortgages and all the other aspects of The Con in
Construction.

You will learn how to avoid the devastating affects of buying a
defective new home. You will learn construction methods that will save
you thousands of dollars in construction costs and at the same time
result in a much higher quality home. You will learn how to demand
energy efficiency methods and products that will cut your monthly
utility bills in half, and we are not talking about solar panels, etc.
that you probably wouldn't integrate into your new home. Everything in
the book is about aspects of your new home that you can control and
can, as well as should, demand from your builder. Without the
information in this book, you are virtually guaranteed that you will
be the victim of multiple cons, and if you don't believe that now, you
will be absolutely convinced of that assertion after you read the book
and start into the process of buying or building your new home. If you
have purchased new homes previously and had no problems,
congratulations, and that means nothing in regards to the purchase of
your next home and the potential problems you may encounter.

I have spent the last twelve years researching the construction
industry, developing advanced construction processes and building new
homes. You can read about this adventure in the book. You will then
begin to understand why the construction industry is as bad as it is.
The material you read in the book comes from authoritative sources,
including federal and state investigations, studies and reports,
consumer organizations, construction industry sources, news accounts
and so on.

If you have not already done so, go to the links on the left side of
this website. This will begin to enlighten you on The Con in
Construction. Also, peruse the home buyer page on this site, and that
will give you a little more enlightenment. Take a look below at the
Table of Contents for the Con in Construction. After you have done
these things, make a decision. You know how much you are going to
spend on your new home. If you are like most people, this purchase
will be the largest and most important investment you will ever make.
Calculate if you think it is worth $29.95 to protect that investment.

The Con in Construction is an e-book and will be downloaded
immediately on your computer. If you have a broadband connection, the
download will take about one minute, longer if you have a dial-up
connection. Your credit or debit card payment will be processed by
ClickBank, and remember that ClickBank will appear on your statement
for this purchase. If you determine The Con in Construction is worth
$29.95, go through the purchase process below the Table of Contents. I
will thank you in advance. You will thank me later, I can assure you.
