HE WAS SO ANNOYED WITH HIMSELF. He knew better. There he was. He

given him the body he had been proud of.

turn it around.

Then one day I discovered a particular kind of coaching. It was not
cheap. I had to meet my coach in the city, and it took forever getting

martial arts for about that amount of time. Martial arts is great
exercise and it kept me very fit. But about 15 years ago, I began to
teach martial arts.

Teaching martial arts is much less exercise than practicing. I
began to lose my physical edge. Instead of spending hours of intense
physical exercise practicing martial arts, I spent hours of intense
