Growing up it was hard to believe Steve was really my brother. I got stuck
with a tiny little 130 pound, 6ft tall, unattractive body while Steve (my
brother) was naturally big and extremely muscular. 
I tried so hard to live in his "Athletic" shadow but I just flat-out
didn't have the muscle strength and size to even think about competing in
any of the sports he did. 
While he was winning BMX world Championships, gold medals in Tae Kwon Do, being
awarded MVP's in Rugby, and getting any girl he wanted... I sat in the sidelines
unnoticed and just watched. The only time anyone paid any attention to me
was when a friend would ask "How does Steve do it James?!". 
As depressing as it really was, my bad genetics made
me angry and determined! At the young age of only 15 I began weight lifting with an old York Barbell
training course my Dad had bought me. 
For five years straight I struggled and struggled to
lift heavier weights and pack-on big muscles... but I made no progress. My obsession for becoming
muscular had not died even after 5 years of failure though.
In desperation, I began trying every fad workout plan,
diet, and supplement I could get my hands on. After trying one weight gaining course after another
and still getting NO GAINS I became infuriated with my genetics and began
to lose hope. 







Here is only a
portion of my bodybuilding library with over 500 bodybuilding programs,
hundreds of medical research papers and pretty well every bodybuilding
magazine published from 1983 - 1997.


Had I been lied to? Were the courses I'd bought into
just a bunch of crappy mis-information? Why were they all so intent on selling weight-gainers and
other supplements that hadn't helped? Is it even possible for a skinny guy
to get big and ripped? 
But most importantly...

Why Are All These So Called "Experts" Advice So Contradicting?! 

They all blamed my situation on something different, who's
advice should I take? Why is it that:
Bill Phillips Course "Body For Life" says "weight train intensely,
for no more than 46 minutes three times per week"?! ( pg. 79 )
Pete Sisko's "Train Smart" says to train as little as 25 seconds
every two months!?
Mike Mentzers" Heavy Duty Program" says to train one set
to failure!?
Bulgarian Power Burst Training says to train three times per day seven days
per week!?!
Cybergenics program trains every bodypart twice per week?
To say the least, I was mind-boggled. 
In a last ditch effort to see if a skinny guy could really become muscular,
I began researching into non-profit organizations who had no products to
sell, and who's tests and studies were conducted by
extremely credible doctors and scientists. 
This investigation led me to various Hospitals including
Journals from The Phillipine Medical Association, American Medical Association and many well
respected Universities like The University Of Zurich, Stanford and Alberta
to name just a few. 
I wanted the truth, and nothing but the truth. And
I got it.
I didn't know what I would learn from this research... but I suspected everything. 
Would I learn that I was.... 
1. Not training hard enough? 
2. Not eating enough protein? 
3. Not getting enough rest? 
4. Over training?
5. Just not eating enough calories? 
6. Lifting too little weight? 
7. Not eating the right supplements?

The Truth Was Disturbing To Say The Least. 

It didn't take too much research and studying of actual tests done by universities
to see what the problem was and to answer all of the questions above. You

Everything I'd been told by the so called "Experts" was
wrong!
When I finally discovered what the problems were, my eyes were bulging out
of my head, my mouth was wide open in awe, and I couldn't sleep for days...This
new information that had been proven by universities and hospitals went completely
against everything I'd been told! 
The shocking news was almost too hard to believe. But the more research
I did, the more and more it all made sense. 

I Could Finally See The Whole Picture!

I began testing what I'd learned on myself and the results
were astonishing. They worked so well many of my friends began accusing me
of taking steroids!

Not only did I experience explosive muscle gains, any
fat put on in process was simultaneously melting away.
