DEAR FRIEND,

eating large helpings of ice cream followed by homemade French fries,
which would instantly make me feel better.
I also began to develop chronic insomnia and would often stay awake
all through the night until 6 or 7 am, unable to get my racing mind to
switch off.

Getting to work on time...keeping my appointments...meeting people -
simple, routine, day-to-day activities soon became a nightmare!
In short, my life was slowly veering out of control.
And none of the doctors I went to seemed to be able to help me.
