\"I'M DONE WITH DIETS FOREVER\"

Hi there.  My name is Jon.

I’m the creator of www.burnmoreconsumeless.com [6] and the author
of _I’m Done With Diets Forever._  My height is 6’2” and my
weight is 165 (BMI=21).  I love cheeseburgers, pizza, hot wings, ice
cream, beer, and wine, and I consume all of the above on a regular
basis.

My weight has not fluctuated more than a few pounds in the past few
years.

I don’t believe in starvation, and I enjoy the American style of
immediate gratification in many aspects of my life.

So what’s the secret?  The secret is…

(drum roll)

There is no secret.

I make a series of conscious choices that allow me to eat crappy
food and be lazy sometimes.  Eating crappy food and being lazy is
important to me.

I just don’t engage in it all the time.

There are a series of good choices I make in addition to the bad
choices.  The good choices are small choices.  There is nothing
dramatic, nothing that cramps my style, and nothing that makes me feel
like I’m starving or sacrificing something.

The trick is to make more good choices than bad choices.  If you do
this consistently, over time, you will enjoy better health, higher
energy, and a health weight that is ideal for your body.  That means
your height and weight will exist in the correct proportions.

And that’s why we’re here.

I have a passion for helping other people get what they want.
It’s not an original idea, but it translates well into all aspects
of my life.  When I help people accomplish their goals, it helps me
accomplish my goals.  It seems like common sense to me and I go to
sleep every night knowing I made a positive impact in the world.
Yes, I understand that can sound a bit selfish.  I’m okay with it.

I feel very grateful to be in a position in my life where I get to
help other people get what they want.

And I found a way to get paid for it!

(Shhhhh!!!  Don’t tell my boss I would do the same stuff for
free)

I believe the key to my happiness is being very thankful for all the
things I have been given in my life.  It only seems fair to me to be
giving back as much as I’m getting, OR MORE.  In fact, the act of
giving back has had the effect of creating more great things in my
life.

That isn’t why I focus so much time and attention on giving, but
I’m certainly not complaining.  For everything that comes my way, I
have a greater opportunity to give some more.

And so the cycle goes…

If I can help just one person reach a healthy weight and enjoy a
higher quality of life, I will consider this book a success.  With a
little luck, I should be able to help hundreds, or even thousands, of
people accomplish this goal.

All while allowing them to maintain most of their current lifestyle.

Nobody likes drastic change, so I don’t recommend it.  Drastic
change is not sustainable.  Work with what you’re already doing,
just make some small changes.

When those original small changes have become a regular part of your
routine, pick a few more and add those to your life.

Wash.  Rinse.  Repeat.

The book costs $24 and will be delivered to your email inbox.
