Even though you know exercising, working out and eating right will
keep you healthy, you wouldn’t do it if it somehow added a few
pounds around your waist a butt and made you look saggy and flabby!
Lucky for you the right workout and good nutrition habits will make
you look great AND keep you healthy and young.
There’s no way around it. The way you look and feel physically,
mentally and emotionally are all linked together. The path that gets
you there is also part of what makes it all work.
Imagine walking into a crowded room with the confidence and figure
of an elite level varsity athlete. People will be thinking to
themselves ‘she looks great, she must be some sort of competitive
athlete or figure model’…or ‘she must spend hours at the
gym’…or ‘she must be a fitness instructor’.
If you think you can’t do it, I say baloney! You can look great at
any age, and people will notice. It’s all up to you! I’ve trained
clients in their 20’s and in their 60’s. Everyone can get into
great shape if they want too, you just need the right workout program!
People will respond to your confidence and the way you look and give
you the respect you deserve. You know as well as I do that people
can’t help but give you a ‘once over’ look and pass a
subconscious judgment about you before you even have a chance to say
“hi my name is…”
You do it too, don’t lie and say you don’t. People are always
judging each other. The old saying ‘don’t judge a book by its
cover’ is totally wrong when it comes to your health. Someone with a
healthy looking body, is probably healthy. There’s just no other way
around it, if you are unhealthy and unfit, you will look unhealthy and
unfit.
Stop – Before you read any further Imagine having your perfect
body. Imagine walking into a crowded room and see all envious eyes
directed right at you! You can have the body you want! You just need
the guidance to get there.

When a varsity athlete walks into the room everyone notices. Not
only do these women look great, but they have great self confidence
and self esteem. In other words they’ve got “IT”. They’ve
worked hard for what they’ve got and they’ve earned it.
There is no reason why you can’t have all of this too. No matter
what you do and no matter what your age. You can be one of the women
who walks into a room and everyone immediately notices that you’ve
got something going on that most other people don’t. You’ve got
“IT”. They’ll be thinking to themselves “does she compete in
some sort of sport’, or ‘she must spend a lot of time in the
gym’…or ‘she must be a fitness instructor or something’.
It’ll be your little secret that you got into amazing shape
following a legitimate varsity strength and conditioning program.
Even better is that you can do the whole workout at home and never
need to spend money and time at an expensive gym.
WHO I AM AND WHY YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO ME
My name is John Barban, I’m currently a varsity strength and
conditioning coach and for the past 4 years I have been working with a
women’s varsity hockey team.
I have a masters degree in nutrition, I’m a certified strength and
conditioning specialist, and trained with world champion powerlifters
and bodybuilders.
I’ve trained champion fitness and figure models right though to
the busy mom who just wants to get in her best shape without wasting
time.
The 6 Minute Circuits Workout is the routine I developed for our
Varsity Hockey team to get and stay into their best shape for their
competitive season. And it is also the workout I use for women of all
walks of life who want to get into great shape fast.
Through a combination of experience, luck and trial and error,
I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t. Once people see the
results we get with our athletes I am bombarded with questions and
requests for workout programs and advice.
There were just too many people to answer and I couldn’t train
them all. That’s when I decided to create the 6 Minute Circuits
Workout program for you. Now you can have access to varsity
conditioning coaching that was once reserved for elite athletes only.

and experience I have gained from training all kinds of people and
